The Preparation Areas

Most shops find 65-70% of all jobs are 2 panels or less. These jobs could be completed quickly and efficiently as a “rapid repair” in a preparation area. They are designed to reduce time wasted on moving cars around the workshop, and in and out of a spraybooth. The IRT process saves huge time on curing and drying that would normally be done by heating an entire spraybooth up. By using a specialised IRT lamp, you save on time, space, and power usage.

The Options

The preparation area is capable of almost anything with the addition of an IRT rail system for curing paint & fillers, a CAV central vacuum system for easy dust extraction at the panel (as well as compressed air connections), all the way up to a sideways movement system with a side roller door spraybooth for an even more efficient workflow!

APP1 Series

The APP series of preparation areas turn your workshop floor into a ventilated, multifunction, well lit space capable of everything from removing and fitting parts, applying & curing fillers, and painting small repair jobs. The APP1 series is a single bay setup, but can be increased in size in any direction to accommodate larger vehicles.

Ideal for smart/rapid repairs, the preparation area will speed up your workflow drastically!

Basement styles

IRT Curing

Constructed with the same design as our spray booths, Nova Verta mixing rooms pull hazardous vapors from the floor and protects technicians by removing hazardous vapors directly from the area where materials are mixed and exhausting them safely outside.

Project Management

Once you’re ready to get a new booth underway, there are a lot of steps necessary. Arranging the appropriate specialists for ducting, gas lines, concrete modification, or electrical work, confirming shipping and unloading of containers, and much more. Our project manager works with you and takes the pressure off.

Servicing

Our booths, prep areas, and mixing rooms are designed to last many many years, and perform thousands of jobs. We understand the importance of regular maintenance to ensure that everything keeps running smoothly. We offer a full service package on all booths, prep areas, and mixing rooms, including airflow tests, filter replacements, and belt/fan/motor checks. One of our supplier-qualified technicians will run through a checklist, and make sure your booth is compliant, efficient, and safe.

Designing & Planning
We work with you on your requirements, and present a tailor-made proposal with drawings and specifications

Placing the order
When you have agreed to our proposal, we get the order placed with our supplier. We take care of all logistics, delivering the equipment right to your door.

Organizing
As soon as the booth has been ordered, our project manager will begin arranging all required subcontractors, working with you on preferred tradesmen for electrical, roofing, air supply, diesel lines etc

Installation
When the container arrives on site, our installation team unloads and gets right to work assembling the spraybooth.
Step 5

Commissioning
Once the spraybooth is assembled, and all external connections are completed, we will commission the booth and issue you with a dossier, containing all relevant COCs and information on the booth.

Training
When the booth is fully operational, we will deliver comprehensive training to you and your staff on how the booth operates and how to maintain it
Step 7

Aftercare & Service
We continue to support you with your new booth by offering consumables, PPE, filter, workshop furniture, and more to help you continue to improve the efficiency of your workshop. We are also available for full servicing of the booth, with a comprehensive report delivered to you after each visit.
