CAV was born in 1980 to meet the ever-increasing demand of body repairers to have effective cleaning systems for airbrushes. In just 3 years, CAV has come to design and realize and install suction systems for sanding processes. In the mid-1980s, CAV developed a three-phase system for central vacuum, self-cleaning and dust removal for the bodywork sector. In 1990, CAV started a new industrial process that sees the center of plant production using INVERTER by concentrating in a single machine the suction system with the benefit of having a consumption proportionate to the number of users. This was a significant breakthrough in production as it allows large companies with many operators to optimize energy consumption. The CAV frequency variator adds sophisticated pressure control software to centralized channeling. In the mid-1990s, CAV studied a number of adaptations of installations to the changing needs of modern bodywork and industry in general. The SMAI SYSTEM, the new integrated mobile system for aspiration, compressed air and electricity, was born.
CAV is one of Europe’s most important production plants specializing in the manufacture of central dust extraction systems for surface treatment. Thanks to a strong knowledge accumulated in more than 20 years of activity, CAV is proposed as a highly vocational design company in the field of plant engineering, composite material processing, fiberglass, honing of wooden artifacts and manufacturing industry in general. Adopting Innovative Technologies, CAV is on the market as a project partner to develop complex dust dump systems, central aspiration systems, compressed air distribution, and electrical power with wall-mounted, floating airplane systems.
